Cathay Industries start up iron oxide plant in China

China is the world’s largest producer of iron oxide and demand is expected to increase in the country, on the back of increased urbanisation.

Cathay Industries, the Hong Kong based synthetic iron oxide producer, has started production at its new 60,000 tpa plant in Tongling, China.
