Public meeting highlights support and concerns over Alkane’s Dubbo project

Alkane recieved a broadly supportive response at the public meeting on its Dubbo zirconia-rare earths project. The company explained how it planned to mitigate its environmental impact, create employment at the site.

ASX-listed Alkane Resources Ltd. attended a public meeting to discuss its Dubbo zirconia-rare earths project on 4 November 2014, which heard both support for the project and concern from interested parties about potential environmental impacts, which were mainly related to water use.
