TMZI 2014: Iluka to open technical centre in China

Iluka's move into China highlights two things: that it believes in the country's growth projection, despite a perceived slowdown in pigment markets in the region; and that it is investing in innovation and technology to stay ahead of the game.

Iluka announced today at an industry event that it would be opening a new technical centre in China in 2015 as a response to the need for innovation in the titanium dioxide (TiO2) industry.
