Largo Resources starts exploration of chromite resources in Brazil

The discovery of a large chromite vein at its Capivara prospect in Brazil could give Largo the option to extend its mineral portfolio, as the company starts exploration of its chromite resources, while still focusing on its main core business – the production of vanadium pentoxide.

Canadian vanadium pentoxide producer Largo Resources Ltd, has begun exploration of chromite and platinum metal group (PGM) resources at its Capivara prospect near the Maracas Menchen mine in the state of Bahia, Brazil.
