Iofina iodine production on track as fracking shows no signs of slowing

Recent volatility in oil prices has not caused a slow-down in fracking activity in North America, and so Iofina’s iodine production is still set to hit targets, with growth in the business expected to continue. As a result, Iofina Chemical, which uses Iofina produced iodine, has seen an increase in sales of over 25% y-o-y.

UK-listed iodine producer Iofina, which is based in the US, is on track to meeting iodine production targets as it had not seen a slow-down in hydraulic fracturing (fracking) activity.
