Stans Energy’s acquisition of Kutessay II supported by Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan

The Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan’s ruling against a local company claiming rights over Kutessay II rare earth deposit, could add support to Stans’ mining rights in its ongoing exacerbating dispute with Kyrgyzstan government over the deposit.

The Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan has ruled against Baotau Hongbo Technology Co. Ltd in the dispute over Stans Energy Corp.’s Kutessay II rare earths project near the town of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
