Bauba awarded mining permits to exploit South Africam chromite deposits

By receiving permits to mine chromite near Limpopo, South Africa, the JSE-listed company can acquire 60% of mining prospecting rights in the area and speed up its plans supply chromite to ASA Metals and other players in the chromite industry.

Johannesburg-listed junior company, Bauba A Hlabirwa Mining Investments, has received a permit to exploit chromite resources and is in a position to acquire a 60% stake in prospecting rights in Limpopo province, South Africa.

The company said that the permits allow it to mine about 240,000 tpa chromite at a production...
