Agata Mining Ventures commences high-purity limestone drilling in the Philippines

Limestone is found the world over, but high-purity limestones, with little chemical contamination of any kind, are much rarer. This, combined with the higher value end uses of high-purity calcium carbonate, could benefit Agata Mining Ventures if it continues to find that its project is primarily comprised of calcium carbonate-rich limestone.

Limestone junior, Agata Mining Ventures Inc. (AMV), has started a drilling programme for its Agata project, located in northern Mindanao, the Philippines, with the aim of defining an initial NI 43-101 resource estimate for the property by mid-2015.
