NioCorp secures agreement with ThyssenKrupp for ferroniobium supply

The offtake agreement with one of the world’s largest steel producers provides the US-based junior with strong economic support for its niobium oxide project in the US and makes it as the largest potential niobium supplier in North America.

TSX-V listed junior NioCorp Development Ltd has entered into an offtake agreement with Germany-based steel producer ThyssenKrupp Metallurgical Products GmbH to supply niobium oxide (Nb2O5) from its Elk Creek project in Nebraska, US.
