DuPont spin-off named The Chemours Company, on track for mid-2015

The TiO2 producer’s, The Chemours Company, is set for the middle of next year and is planned to optimise costs and focus strategies in TiO2 and fluorochemicals. The company has also announced the members of its executive team.

DuPont’s new publically traded chemicals spin-off encompassing its titanium dioxide (TiO2), fluoroproducts and chemicals division is to be named The Chemours Company.

In addition to already announced management – vice present Mark Vergano and CEO Mark Neman – DuPont revealed the company’s executive leadership team last week.
