Jamaica plans Nain port investment

New bauxite plans includes port investment which may spur limestone development

The Jamaican government and Russian bauxite producer Rusal have agreed to reopen the mothballed Alpart bauxite and alumina plant with significant investment into the nearby Nain port and transport infrastructure.
