NYCO resumes wollastonite exploration activities in New York State.

After a number of legislative and legal delays to NYCO’s wollastonite project in the north of New York State, the company has finally resumed its exploration activities, following a suspension of around 5 months to the drilling campaign.

US-based mining company NYCO Minerals Inc. has begun exploratory drilling at its legally protracted wollastonite project located near the town of Lewis, in the north of New York State, a company spokesperson told IM.

Drilling is taking place in Lot 8, a 0.4km2 test mine located within a legally protected Wilderness Area...
