MIIT ask refractories industry for its opinion on standard conditions

The move by MIIT to solicit opinions from refractories companies in China comes after the governmental body already set a deadline for the implementation of its conditions, so it is difficult to gauge what impact the feedback will have on the final set of conditions. It is important to note that the body is pushing transparency however.
