Mining Indaba '15: African mining is a long term investment

Africa has lost out on resource funding in the past to rival emerging mining continents like Latin America owing to quick profit objectives by funding groups, but smart investors will recognise the long game potential of African mines, according to participants at this year's Mining Indaba.

Africa's resource sector is a smarter place to invest than South America, despite concerns about political instability and resource nationalism, delegates at Mining Indaba 2015 heard today.
