Iluka and Monax sign JV for Australian iron oxide project development

Having announced that it would continue to look for lucrative M&A opportunities in the mining downturn, Iluka has signed a JV and farm-in agreement with Monax, which is developing a number of Australian exploration projects, including two in iron oxide.

ASX-listed Monax Mining Ltd has signed a farm-in and joint venture (JV) agreement with Australian miner Iluka Resources Ltd for its Phar Lap iron oxide copper-gold project in South Australia.
