Yellow Rock targets renewable sector with Australian vanadium project

The company is hoping to expand its relationships with the environmental sector by producing high grade V205 from its Gabanintha project specifically to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Yellow Rock has also initiated discussions with solar and electricity specialists SunEdison and Total Energy Australia to form potential collaborative opportunities at Gabanintha.

ASX-listed Yellow Rock Resources has announced that it has been accepted as an associate member of trade body Clean Energy Council of Australia, as it seeks to develop its Gabanintha vanadium deposit in Western Australia specifically for batteries servicing the renewable energy market.
