MGX Minerals announces private placement to help fund Canadian magnesia plant

The company is hoping to boost its finances in order to develop its proposed magnesia facility at the Driftwood Creek site in British Columbia, where it aims to commence commercial production by late 2016.

MGX Minerals Inc. has announced that it intends to raise up to 1m shares at a price of Canadian dollar (C$) 0.30/share ($0.24/share*) for gross proceeds of up to C$300,000, in order to advance its magnesia plant at the Driftwood Creek property in British Columbia, Canada....
