Imerys Talc lawsuit transferred to new judge in ongoing cancer case

The Onder Law firm is encouraging victims to come forward in in no-cost no-obligation cases relating to the use of talc and its alleged link to ovarian cancer. While Imerys is prepared to defend the quality and safety of its talc product, Onder is using past scientific studies to back up its claim that long term talc use could cause adverse health effects.

The St Louis talcum powder lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson and Imerys Talc America has been transferred to a new judge for trial, attorneys representing the plaintiffs have confirmed.

In May, Judge Garvey transferred the case in the St Louis Circuit Court in Missouri, US, originally filed on 5 December...
