China to conclude magnesia and talc tenders by 22 June

The process of allocating the rights to produce and sell magnesia and talc products in China via a tender follows discussions held by CCCMC last year about the best way to manage output and conserve domestic resources, while protecting the environment and promoting greater efficiency in the sector.

China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has announced a production quota tender for magnesia and talc products for the remaining six months of this year, with the process expected to be concluded by 22 June.
