Iofina denied Montana water permit

The US-based iodine producer was hoping the preliminary permit it received in October last year would be upgraded to allow it to develop the Water Depot Project to supply Montana fracking companies with water. The application was denied after an objection was lodged with the Montana DNRC.

US-based iodine producer Iofina Plc has had its application for a water permit denied by the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) of the state of Montana.
