Vector Resources pulls out of business combination with Ontario Graphite

CPC Vector’s agreement with privately held Ontario Graphite was likely to have been aimed at giving the graphite developer a leg-up in its long hunt to secure funds to reopen the Kearney graphite mine, which had been due to restart operations in Q4 2013. The collapse of the deal puts Kearney’s renaissance even further out of reach.

Investment group Vector Resources Inc. has terminated an agreement to acquire a stake in privately held graphite explorer, Ontario Graphite Ltd, two months after the deal was originally inked.
