I-Minerals announces debt settlement to fund feasibility study

The company is starting to think about raising capital to build its kaolin-halloysite-quartz-potassium feldspar project in Idaho, as it announces that its FS loan agreement is going to plan. I-Minerals predicts that commercial production could start around mid-2017.

Vancouver-based explorer I-Minerals Inc. has announced a debt settlement on a loan agreement with a firm controlled by Allen Ball, a director of the company, in order to help fund its feasibility study (FS) for the company’s Bovill Kaolin project in Idaho, US.
