Poor TiO2 market conditions force Argex to reassess budget

Like other pigment manufacturers, Argex – which is hoping to convert low cost ilmenite into high quality TiO2 using its patented production method – is having to look at budget and strategy to cut costs where necessary in order to deal with market conditions and ensure that its project reaches production phase.
