Unimin fined $406,250 over 2012 "nuisance dust" issues

Ontario's governing body has tackled Unimin's dust generation of 2012 as part of a move towards stricter environmental regulation in the province.
Unimin Corp. has been fined
$406,250 by the Ontario environmental authority for polluting
the Lake Kasshabog area in with "nuisance dust" from its mining
activities near Havelock in Canada in 2012.
