Lancashire Council recommends approval for Cuadrilla fracking site in the UK

Cuadrilla is set to acquire permission for fracking operations at Preston New Road in Lancashre, UK, should the council vote lean in the direction of planning officer recommendations. The company will require a supply of proppants for the well, if approval is granted.

UK-based hydraulic fracturing (fracking) company Cuadrilla Resources has seen planning officers at Lancashire County Council in the UK recommend that fracking should go ahead at the company’s Preston New Road site.
