Unimin expands US frac sand network with Jerry Run terminal

Together with CSX Railroad and Process Transload, Unimin Corp.'s Energy Solutions business runs a ten terminal sand network, which the company has recently expanded via improvements at its Jerry Run terminal. Although some companies are scaling back frac sand developments in response to lower drilling activity, Unimin is investing in its delivery network to enable it to respond to anticipated increased demand as the year progresses.
