MagIndusties auditor resigns as company battles TSX delisting

MagIndustries has had a troubled start to 2015. The company, which is investigating bribery allegations relating to its activities in the Congo, the site of its potash project, faces delisting if it is unable to find a new auditor before the 30-day deadline for TSX compliance passes.

Toronto, Canada-based potash junior, MagIndustries Corp., has seen its auditor, Ernst & Young Global Ltd (EY), resign, citing their inability to complete the audit of the company’s 2014 financial statements "in accordance with professional standards".
