MOTA 2015: Africa urged to become more self-sufficient in mining investment

One mining expert has called on African governments to invest in their own infrastructure systems in order to develop the country’s mining sector, rather than relying on foreign money.

African governments need to start investing in their own infrastructure and mining projects and not rely heavily on foreign investment in order to push development forward, according to SNL’s director of reports, Chris Hinde.
