Neometals secures Ganfeng offtake for Mt Marion lithium

Lithium explorer Neometals and Mineral Resources have negotiated a deal whereby Ganfeng will take 100% of the spodumene produced from the Mt Marion mine in Western Australia, as well as taking a 25% shareholding in Reed Industrial Minerals.

Australian exploration company Neometals Ltd has announced that its subsidiary, Reed Industrial Minerals Pty (RIM), which it holds with Mineral Resources Ltd, has signed an offtake and equity investment deal with China’s second largest lithium producer, Jianxi Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd.
