ICI Pakistan announce 150,000 tonne increase in soda ash capacity

A further increase to the soda ash capacity of Pakistan’s largest producer of the mineral comes as positive full-year results see soda ash revenues rise by 13%.

ICI Pakistan Ltd will invest $90m into the expansion of its light soda ash capacity at its facility in Khewra, Pakistan, bringing its output capacity to 500,000 tpa.
