Tri-Star’s Oman antimony roaster enters construction phase

Following completion of equity funding from its joint venture partners, building work on the 12,000 tpa roaster can now commence. Due to the low cost of production at the Omani roaster, Tri-Star said it is unconcerned by the recent decline in antimony prices.

Tri-Star Resources’ joint venture (JV) antimony roaster in the Middle Eastern sultanate of Oman is now in possession of full funding of $70m and will proceed to construction phase.
