Orocobre’s Olaroz facility to achieve break-even in October and nameplate capacity by year-end

The lithium producer is undergoing a production ramp up and a process of operational debottlenecking at its Argentinian site, which it hopes will clear the way for a financial move into the black in October ahead of full capacity production in December this year.

ASX and TSX-listed Orocobre Ltd said that it hopes to reach break-even point in October and nameplate production by the end of the year at its Olaroz lithium carbonate facility in the Puna region of northern Argentina.
