World Soda Ash 2015: Chinese soda ash spills further into export markets

Capacity added on the back of growth expectations that failed to come good has forced China to idle some of its less efficient sites and put more material on the world market.

Domestic demand for Chinese soda ash has failed to live up to expectations an‎d left the industry facing capacity writedowns and resistant export markets.
