Yara to proceed with Galvani on $185m Salitre project

Funds have been locked away to ensure the completion of the Salitre project in Brazil, which was owned by Galvani before Yara purchased the company last year.

Norwegian fertiliser giant Yara International ASA has paid $185m in deferred consolidation and capital injection for the Salitre phosphate project in Minas Gerais state, Brazil, the company announced today.
