Indian government backs new Rajasthan port

A new inland port at Jalore could increase shipments of raw materials from the mineral rich northwest Indian state.

The Indian government has backed an inland port project in Jalore in Rajasthan which could increase mineral shipments to and from the landlocked northwest Indian state.
