Morgan’s orders fall due to weak demand from North America and China

The UK-based refractories producer has issued a trading update for Q3 2015 and said that trading conditions since the first half of the year have weakened due to challenging economic conditions in China and North America. However, it also said that its thermal ceramics business has continued to perform well.

Refractories producer Morgan Advanced Materials Plc said that trading conditions have weakened for the period from 1 July 2015 to 11 November 2015, owing to deteriorating demand in North America and China which has led to a slowdown in orders.
