General Magnesium to go public in January 2016

The Canadian magnesite and talc producer is aiming to raise funds for its Whitney project via a reverse takeover process, following the announcement of deals for magnesite offtake and talc processing which have brought the site closer to operation.

General Magnesium Corp. (GMC) will go public in January 2016 in a bid to raise funds for the Whitney talc and magnesite project in Ontario, Canada.

The company intends to enter into a reverse takeover (RTO) arrangement, as opposed to an initial public offering (IPO), to raise the balance of funds required...
