Thunderbird edges slightly closer to take off as Sheffield begins A$7m funding drive

Australian mineral sands explorer Sheffield Resources aims to raise capital through a placement and share purchase plan in order to fund a bankable feasibility study at its Thunderbird mineral sands project, following the release of a pre-feasibility study last month.

ASX-listed Sheffield Resources Ltd has said it hopes to raise up to Australian dollar (A$) 7m ($5.06m*) to fund a bankable feasibility study (BFS) for its Thunderbird mineral sands project on Western Australia’s (WA) Dampier Peninsula.
