Molycorp requests data seal in Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan

As the US rare earths producer approaches a creditor vote on its options to exit bankruptcy, it has asked that parts of its plans be kept secret in order to protect financial information from companies that may bid on it.

US rare earths producer Molycorp Inc. has requested that elements of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan be temporarily sealed, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
