Mines and Money ’15: Greenland open for mining business

The sparsely populated North Atlantic country currently has no active mines, however its Oil and Mineral Strategy 2014-18 aims to bring between at least three into operation by 2018.

Greenland is expected to go from having no active mines to operating between three and five producing deposits by 2018, delegates at the Mines and Money 2015 conference in London heard today.
