Judge backtracks on Molycorp leak probe

An order obliging 123 people who spoke to Bloomberg News about the bankrupt miner to declare all contact made has now been reversed and narrowed, following accusations of First Amendment curtailment by the newswire.

A bankruptcy court in Wilminton, Deleware has overturned a ruling that would have extensively probed a series of leaks made to news service Bloomberg relating to the bankruptcy case of rare earths miner, Molycorp Inc.
