Fanya Metal Exchange founder arrested

Police documents leaked to the media indicate that Shang Jiuliang was taken into custody in December as part of a police investigation into the bourse’s suspected fraudulent activities.

The founder and head of the Kunming-based Fanya Metal Exchange in China has been arrested, a leaked police document has revealed.
