Ciner Resources ups soda ash output 5% in 2015 and forecasts solid year

Domestic US prices for the Turkish-owned company fell by 4.4% on average last year, offset by a 3.8% increase in the price of material sold internationally. The company said it expects overseas selling prices to soften slightly in 2016, but that sales will grow by a low double digit margin.

Ciner Resources LP has reported a 4.7% increase in soda ash production for the full year 2015, to 2.66m s.tons (2.93m tonnes), up from 2.54m s.tons (2.79m tonnes) last year.
