SQM predicts more lithium supply in 2016, expects to win CORFO dispute

The Chilean miner’s CEO told analysts that new lithium production is set to come online from Orocobre in Argentina and some Chinese producers this year, but believes the market can absorb the additional capacity, while SQM holds on to its Atacama brine leases.
