The Chilean industrial mineral producer has hit back at press reports stating that it received favourable treatment under the national mining royalties law, noting that the issue has not been raised once since the legislation was modified in 2010. Separately, the company stands accused of dodging its obligations to have its lithium exports authorised by Chile’s Nuclear Energy Commission.
