Largo aims to supply V2O5 directly to VRB maker

Canada-based Largo Resources is in talks with vanadium redox battery maker Vionx for the supply of V2O5 from its mine in Brazil. Should a definitive agreement go ahead within the next three months – depending on agreement with Glencore Plc – the partnership will be the first to supply a battery manufacturer directly with vanadium raw material, according to Largo CEO Mark Smith.
