Will India’s steel roadmap benefit upstream markets?

India’s Ministry of Steel has been reviewing its roadmap to protect the domestic steel sector. However, the measures may not be enough to revive the country’s ailing steel industry, failing to address demand for refractories or refractory raw materials.
