AMG completes Colorminas buyout, focuses on lithium plans

The acquisition of full interest in a Brazilian feldspar-producing partnership will streamline the company’s structure so that it can focus on its lithium ambitions.

AMG Mineracao – the Brazilian subsidiary of Dutch metals producer AMG NV – has acquired all remaining shares of its unincorporated partnership with Colorminas in Brazil as it seeks to move towards the production of lithium.
