Pilbara, Mineral Resources in spodumene offtake dispute

A disagreement over a first right of refusal on material from the Pilangoora site in Western Australia has been escalated with a second sale notice called into question.

An offtake dispute between Australian lithium juniors Pilbara Minerals Ltd and Mineral Resources Ltd shows no signs of abating as the pair trades blows on the ASX over a second sale notice regarding offtake from the Pilbara-owned Pilagoora spodumene mine.
