Moly Mines bids for bauxite junior

The proposed acquisition is aimed at setting up a direct shipping ore operation to supply bauxite to alumina customers across south-east Asian markets.

ASX-listed resource company Moly Mines has made an offer to acquire Australian junior explorer Gulf Alumina in an all-assets transaction that includes a 100%-owned direct shipping ore (DSO) bauxite project at Skardon River in Australia.
